About Us
Mission Statement

Indivisible Newark DE is dedicated to protecting democracy and resisting tyranny. We peacefully champion American democratic values; a transparent and honest government that upholds a just and fair legal system; civil and human rights; and social and economic justice and opportunities for everyone. We fiercely oppose all efforts to institute authoritarianism in America and other threats to the U.S. Constitution.

We strive to educate, empower, and mobilize the Greater Newark community to be aware of challenges to those American ideals, and to take action so they can be heard and effect change.
About Us
Indivisible Newark DE, formed in Dec 2024, is part of a grassroots movement of thousands of local Indivisible groups around the U.S. We welcome anyone in Newark DE or the surrounding areas (e.g., Bear, Glasgow, Christiana, Middletown, southeastern PA) who share our mission of defending democracy and restoring the rule of law.
